Reliable Kinds of Crates for Packaging and Shipping
There are different types of crates that we can make. Plywood crates are one of the big one we make. We can make a solid 3/8 plywood crate, along with the 1×4 framed crate. Either one of these crates has a solid base and walls. We can make these crates any size. The size of the crate will determine what size of plywood we would use. The heavier the product the thicker the plywood we would use.
The other type of crate we make is a corrugated crate. The corrugated crate has a wooden base that the product sits on and it is blocked and or banded own. Then the corrugated is placed around the wooden base to protect the product. This way can cost less and will still protect your product. This way is a great option for shipping household goods. These crates can also be made with a 1×4 frame to make it sturdier. We use this option to let the customer know and decide which way they want to create.
